These fish have all been sourced from different locations and have been grouped together to create a luxury, practical box.

All fish in this box is vacuum packed in order to increase the shelf life and make it easier to handle.  All packs are labelled as shown in the above images.

All fish can be frozen and defrosted accordingly as these bags protect the fish when freezing.
